I had a minor scratch incident with a pillar in a parking lot , but first time on my baby … I could not have been more thrilled with the exceptional service that I received. Shout out to “Wu” … if I could give 10 stars I would. They are my go to for any car repairs in the future. Top notch … you cannot get better than this !!!!!

It was an excellent experience for us. Amin, the estimator, was very professional and answered all of our questions with outstanding customer service. They maintained regular communication, keeping us informed about our car’s status throughout the process. They efficiently handled ICBC claims and paperwork and completed the trunk repairs thoroughly with a perfect color match. Additionally, they provided a courtesy car with an easy and quick pick-up and drop-off process with the reception lady. I highly recommend their services!

I brought my car today at 11:00 am for estimates. Passenger side moulding and chip on the windshield needs to be fixed. They told me to leave the car and they will be able to fix it today . Around 12:45 pm., I got a message that my car is ready to go. I was impressed on how fast the service is and the staff were very friendly and helpful . I will definitely recommend their business.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! They are fast, thoughtful and kind, and the customer service is outstanding. I came in for a new windscreen thru ICBC (winter tires were inside my car to be installed soon). I left with my summers in the back, my winters installed, auto body was buffed and polished, removing several scuffs(!) and the inside nice and clean too. The complimentary Uber service to/from was greatly appreciated. Amazing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend CSN Elite.
