Initial experience was great, but quickly went downhill after that. Ordered a range in Nov 2023. As soon as we turned it on we realized it was defective - we can’t use the front and back burners together without an awful racket. Long story short, they have completely given us the run around, many times failing to follow up after promising to, saying it’s not their responsibility (after I even purchased the extended warranty). Fast forward and it’s almost a year later and we are still stuck with this defective unit. Their after sales customer service is horrid. What company doesn’t stand by the products they sell? I hate posting bad reviews and I have held off for almost a year but I am now hoping that this review might lead to some action.

Ordered a Samsung front load washer. Delivered on the date they promised.
I want to highlight Melvin from Wong Way Installs. He and his associate dealt with disconnecting and unstacking my dryer, disconnecting the old washer then installing the new washer and stacking the dryer for a very reasonable price.
Most big box stores won't restack your dryer for you if you're only buying a washer. Melvin saved us a lot of hassle. Will definitely hire him again when we need to install another appliance.

Purchased a Kitchen aid fridge July 3. We were given a delivery date
on invoice July 10. Delivery date keeps getting delayed. We were finally told fridge was in and would be delivered July 29. Called July 27 and told it won’t be here until Sept. customer service poor, no follow through. Do not tell us the fridge is in and will be delivered on a certain date and the day before tell us it is not here. We have to keep calling Coast to find out, they do not call us and give us an update.
Overall very frustrating service. Still no fridge. Very poor customer service
Update. We got the floor model but it does not work, no ice or water? now we have to deal with kitchen-aid

My sister has been waiting for 4 days for a callback from Adriana regarding a dryer she is interested in. She has called and left messages four days and never been called back ! Very poor customer service….will not shop at this business again and will not recommend them !

We bought a washer / dryer online and it's been a month and a half and we have not receive the products or any news on them. When we call the store in North Van it is really hard to get customer service to give us information on where the products are or an estimate on delivery. Very frustrating.

We originally purchased our appliances from Farzam who has since left Coast. We put a deposit on appliances about a year before we received our building permit. When it was finally time to complete our purchase, and plan for delivery, we had to work with a new associate, Brandyn Eddy who we had never met. Brandyn is beyond helpful, and professional, he has helped us throughout the entire process, from delivery to installation, to exchanges. He’s kind and friendly and makes customer service a priority! We are incredibly grateful to have worked with him and to Farzam who helped us choose all of the appliances for our new home

Initial experience was positive, but once the sale was made, it was downhill from there. They delivered the wrong product, they attempted to make me still pay for the initial delivery and installation of the wrong product even though they confirmed it was a mistake on their end. They berated me for repeatedly following up for a resolution (I only sent two emails while they were attempting to resolve). They sent an absolutely horrible delivery company to install the correct product. They failed to respond to two follow up emails I sent afterwards to share feedback on the delivery experience which included ruining our hardwood floors and yelling at my wife to clean faster so they could install. I had to follow up with the store manager since the salesperson (hi sharmeen) went ghost and to "protect their gross margin" and to make it look good on "their books" they included a free warranty. Wow thank you!
