My 2023 Bronco Sport driver side door was hit by another vehicle. After researching online and calling multiple dealers, I finally decided on Coache Collision as they were recommended on numerous sites and they were able to get my vehicle in for an inspection the quickest. I have aftermarket speakers in the driver door and a weather tech rain guard on my driver side window. They said it would not be an issue installing those on the new door, and if they had any issues with it they'd call me. Their reassurance and understanding was highly appreciated. They followed up with me when there was a delay in shipping the glass from the dealer, and gave me a new estimated delivery time. I had called them later to follow up and took the time to explain to me what was going on. They were very professional on the phone. My vehicle came back sparkling clean and everything in tact. Speakers worked and the rain guard was installed properly. I highly recommend this shop for your auto body needs. Thank you for bringing my baby Bronco back to me in immaculate condition. Due to the age of my car I was having trouble getting my car in for an estimate after a car accident. I was getting frustrated by everyone telling me that they couldn’t take it in. The gentleman I spoke to took the time to explain to me why they aren’t taking cars in the age of mine and also gave me alternate locations and different shops that would actually be able to help me verses me having to search and get more and more frustrated. I’m so appreciative of their time. Class act. Thank you!

I came in today to get my car polished, and the service was excellent! The staff were both professional and attentive, and the whole process went smoothly. I’m very satisfied and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place!

I recently had my VW Taos repaired at Coache Collision after being rear-ended, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Despite being scheduled for an 8-day job, they completed the work in just 3 days! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the customer care was top-notch. I highly recommend Coache Collision for anyone needing fast, reliable, and friendly auto repairs.

Spoke with Jason on the phone today of my touch up paint from Volkswagen gone wrong on my brand new 2024 Taos.
I went to the shop and they fixed it on the spot ! And free of charge- literal heroes. I guess the paint pens were too hot and the scuff was a polish or buff out job.
Super happy excellent work 15/10 would recommend.

I left my car (Volkswagen ID4)there for repair on June 7th and they said it would take about 2 weeks, but after two weeks I called them every time and said your car is at Volkswagen for calibration.
When I contacted Volkswagen after repeated calls and they didn't answer me, they didn't answer to my email , Volkswagen told me that your car was delivered to them a week ago, but I don't know why they didn't deliver my car.
My car was electric and the rental car did not give me electricity and I had to spend about 1000 dollars for gas for 3 weeks.
After I told the body shop that the car was delivered to you last week, they said that the car is ready
I wonder why they didn't hand over my car to me

Recently brought my car here for front bumper replacement after a friend highly recommended Coache, assuring me they would provide top-notch service, and wow, did they ever!
First impression was great, a real person answered the phone, always a bonus these days, and the bigger bonus - he was nice! My car was booked for an estimate within less than a week, repair was booked 1.5 weeks later since I didn’t require a loaner, and I was told my car would be repaired within 3-4 days.
Vehicle and key drop-off was a breeze. They kindly accommodated me dropping my car off the day prior to work being done. Once my car was fixed, Coache called me in the early afternoon on the third day, so earlier than expected (yay!), and they even offered to help arrange a ride if I needed, which was very kind.
When I got there, they confirmed the original estimate was correct (i.e. no hidden or unexpected damage, no extra costs), explained the warranty and if any issues arose or if I had concerns to contact them and they’d rectify any issues, then thanked me for choosing them.
As I approached my car, I couldn’t believe how it gleamed, not just the exterior where work was done, but the interior too! It’s a seamless replacement, and Coache went above and beyond with cleaning, my car looks new again! Clearly, Coache knows what they’re doing. I’d bring my car back to Coache without hesitation, and highly recommend to anyone in need of bodywork and repairs on their vehicle.

Hi there,
My brand new car was recently clawed by a bear, waking up from hibernation. Audi Boundary's dealership and also my neighbour spoke highly of Coache Collision, so I knew I was in good hands. The estimate was $1500, but the bill came in a chunk lower, around $1100. They were good listeners, and fit me in within the week, and returned the car, all repaired and as good as new, within about 4-5 days. Everything was seamless!! This place has good energy, full of honesty, integrity, clarity and calm; I would recommend them highly. You can't even discern that my car has had any repair done to it, everything is as good as new. The whole experience was totally full of ease and pretty much stress-free. Many thanks, Cathleen
