“We recently had our parked car hit by a driver and it ended up being a write-off because of the internal damage. I took the car to Craftsman and everything from start to finish was super easy - surprisingly easy considering my previous experiences with stuff like this. Dave Warren the manager was nothing but helpful and professional the entire time and even gave us a temporary vehicle to use for a reasonable amount of time considering our car was considered a write off almost right away.
