I have gone into this post office probably 50 to 70 times in the past 4 years of living in the area. Every time be it shipping or receiving the staff have been very sweet, professional, and friendly. I sincerely don't understand why people have given bad reviews for the service there. The people working there are genuinely so kind. They have also helped me save money several times because I ship packages to my long distance friends often and they helped me make sure I was using the best shipping materials and options for what I needed.

I had to mail my documents to the Immigration Office and I only had until Monday to submit them. I followed up today but my package has not yet left the post office. I only had 2 days and I told this to the post office employee and I chose the most expensive postal service. I will follow up on this problem.

Terrible customer service. Wait 30 minutes to pick up a Canada Post FLEX package while only one customer was in front of me for the whole time, and three employees were in the store. They refused to have a second employee pick up my package, which would take 30 seconds.

Horrible customer service and extremely rude staff. The man at the store raised his voice at me and asked me if I knew how to read. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized, so frustrating that I don't have a choice when Canada Post delivers my package to this location.

Every time I've been in here the staff has been friendly and efficient. There are lines sometimes, usually around midday - I always just come back later.

Terrible customer service.
Always unfriendly.
Today Saturday June 22.
Web site and the door says open till 5:00pm.
As, I walked in (door was open) at 4:01 pm and past the counter to the post office at the back to buy stamps. I was told "We are closed" by the clerk serving a "last customer" despite someone else browsing.
How about a "Sorry but we are closing early today". So something a bit more customer friendly. Geeeez!
Canada post ?:please remove your office out of this place and give it to someone deserving of our tax dollars.
