I used to experience poor service here years ago but for a while now, service and availability of staff has been generally very good. Margherita is especially very professional, very helpful, and friendly.

Visited today. When I googled for the location, I saw rating and got under the impression that I am going to get a bad experience but I had a very good experience. The lady was very nice. She also helped me tape the box. Seems like the ratings are bad because of old staff at old location.

The lady working Tuesday evening was extremely rude and unhelpful. My last experience here was way better. Not impressed at all. She should not be working in customer service. Extremely arrogant. I also didn’t leave with what I wanted which was tracking for my letter but she just scoffed at me like I was stupid. Please find another line of work.

Margherita is a real gem. She makes you feel like you live in a small town “where everybody knows your name.” ? Very recently there are some new girls who are also very pleasant. My daughter and I were a little unnerved when Margherita was not there and were given very rude and unhelpful service by one girl but otherwise have been very happy with the service.

I visited this place at 3:30 on Oct 26 for sending my packages to Island due to moving. They refused to accept prepaid cards which is Joker master card to pay for packages. The Caucasian woman who has short and black/brown hair said "Ma'am, this is not credit card. This is prepaid card. We are Canada Post." Omg, I know you guys are working in Canada post. what are you talking about? And I said "yes this is a kind of credit card. It is Joker prepaid credit card." She said "We are only accepting debit, credit card, cash or cheque. NO." This is my first time to be refused to pay by Joker master card. The woman was so rude and her attitude was like teaching me about the world. But the other lady who was assisting me was really nice. Remember, you are Canada post but I am the customer in Canada post. Next day I visited Lynnmour post office for the rest of packages, here was much much much better. DON'T COME if you don't want to have the worst customer service.

I picked an envelope, and asked the woman if this was the appropriate envelope for the item that I was trying to ship. The woman replied with "Just mail it??? What's the problem???" In an incredibly rude tone. There was no line behind me, and there were no customers before me. Judging by the rest of these reviews, it sounds like you should probably re-evaluate who you choose to employ.

Mina in the post office was extremely rude to me today and I witnessed her being equally rude to the man ahead of me. She barked at me when I tried to pass her my envelope to put in the mail. The man ahead of me was told to put something in the envelope and seal it. Then she said she needed to see it. The man was irritated because he had to open it and ruin the envelope saying he would have to buy a new one. Then she kept insisting that the address he was sending it to didn’t exist and then raised her voice to him saying that it wasn’t her problem it was as Canada Post problem. Clearly Mina should not be working with the public.
