Made a last-minute appointment and they were able to accommodate us despite being quite busy. Staff were friendly and helpful and got us fixed up and back on the road super quickly. Would happily come here again: thank you!

We needed brake fluid for my car and our regular shop couldn't accommodate us. They claimed they put it in in November and charged for it but we were out and they couldn't get us in. So we called around hoping to find a compassionate shop to help us. We were not regular customers of Darcy but he cared enough to not only get us in but also resolve our issue and we are now going to be regular customers of his moving forward. It's not easy to find kind, professional and caring mechanic on the northshore. However Darcy cares more about his customers than the big dealership. We are so happy to have found him. There needs to be more people like him in the world.

Bought a new muffler, went back 6 times for them to fix the rattle in it, and after 6 times back they were not able to fix it. Paid and now have to drive around with a rattley muffler. not happy

Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Treatment.I recently visited this mechanic shop and, regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. As soon as I got there, I was met with a lack of attentiveness and professionalism. The staff members consistently interrupted me and seemed disinterested in understanding the issues with my vehicle. Their approach was not just unhelpful but also dismissive, making me feel unheard and disregarded as a customer.The service was shockingly overpriced. Despite my efforts to communicate clearly and remain calm and respectful, I was charged way more then I should have been which I learned afterwards (this was a learning lesson..). This was not only surprising but also deeply disappointing, considering the overall quality of service received. The staff's demeanor was far from pleasant, adding to an already frustrating experience.I believe in constructive feedback, that's way I am sharing this experience. Professionalism and customer service are key in any business, and unfortunately, I found both lacking during my visit. It's crucial for management to address these issues to improve future customer experiences.

The people who work here are very honest and kind. I was told by Mr Lube that my brakes were completely worn out and needed to be changed for $700. I took my car to this Budget location for a second opinion - they checked my brakes for free and told me I don’t need to change them for at least a year. I will be taking my car here for all future oil changes and mechanical issues. Thank you so much!

Got an alignment done there, now the truck steering pulls badly when braking, wasn't like that before I brought it there.
