“Brian, thank you for your work on our camper on August 22. We finished our 14,000 mile, 93 day journey from Daytona Beach Florida to Anchorage and back last month. We recall with gratitude your willingness to align the front end and replace the front tires even though our Roadtrek van did not fit easily on your lift. Thank you for working us into your schedule as we traveled through. Without your kindness and competence our journey could have turned into a nightmare with our badly worn tires after miles of misalignment on gravel and frost-heaved roads in Alaska.

“My 2023 Bronco Sport driver side door was hit by another vehicle. After researching online and calling multiple dealers, I finally decided on Coache Collision as they were recommended on numerous sites and they were able to get my vehicle in for an inspection the quickest. I have aftermarket speakers in the driver door and a weather tech rain guard on my driver side window. They said it would not be an issue installing those on the new door, and if they had any issues with it they'd call me. Their reassurance and understanding was highly appreciated. They followed up with me when there was a delay in shipping the glass from the dealer, and gave me a new estimated delivery time. I had called them later to follow up and took the time to explain to me what was going on. They were very professional on the phone. My vehicle came back sparkling clean and everything in tact. Speakers worked and the rain guard was installed properly. I highly recommend this shop for your auto body needs. Thank you for bringing my baby Bronco back to me in immaculate condition. And special thanks to Nuben for your help on my file.”

“After a very long day, that included many phone calls to many automotive businesses (on a Saturday no less), Jack was an absolute saviour. He picked my girlfriend and I up from a nearby mall and drove us to our stranded, non-functional car. His friendly demeanor and in depth knowledge were very comforting in an incredibly stressful situation.This gentleman worked for hours, into the following early morning and did so while crouched in the cold and the rain without complaint. Words fail to adequately express our gratitude, other than to say: Thank You!”
“I went to Peter K Auto with a problem with my Honda CRV that I couldn't figure out myself. Peter asked some questions and went out to my vehicle, diagnosed the problem. It was a battery for my key fob , problem solved!
He only charged me for the battery and sent me on my merry way.
What a wonderful, honest person.

“We are from Alberta on a roadtrip all over BC. We were on our way to the ferries when our car broke down. Alternator crapped out. Hubby walked to two brothers mechanic to ask for help. Lori and her husband was nothing but kind to us. Lori even drove us to Lonsdale Quay so we can have a little fun while waiting for our car to get fixed. Kindness that overwhelmed us coming form strangers. They are normally closed by 5 but they extended just to get our car done. Did a great job. You don't see much of this nowadays. We are grateful.”
