I have benefited from April's services numerous times over the past 10 years, whether it was for buying property or refinancing mortgages. We were in a difficult situation as we currently had another mortgage that wasn't paid off, and April was extremely professional ,polite, and patient with us as well as extremely talented in negotiating the best mortgage and rates while juggling our needs and the lender's requests (they had a lot) at the same time. I could not have asked for a more talented and understanding broker than April. She was able to get us approved at an extremely tight time schedule with a very difficult application that had zero room for error, and she completed it with ease. I highly recommend her services to anyone and we are truly lucky that we found her to work with! April would be a tremendous asset to have as a broker and is a wonderful and pleasant person.
