The employee interactions is the reason for the poor rating. They belong to a good to go program, and I bussed to get my order and first told to come back later in a very rude manner. Then management remotely cancelled the order after I arrived. I do understand sometimes people make mistakes. But the way I was spoken to by the man behind the counter, and when the young woman who was basically ignoring me for almost 20 minutes while I waited, then finally when approached again just rolled her eyes atMe, I realized I was being treated poorly. I was treated as a nuisance because they were busy when I arrived. I would never I go back to this location again. The man acts very aggressively which is the main reason I’d never return. This staff needs training. And if they are to have a contract with the ‘too good to go program’ perhaps they should be retrained so that people don’t travel to pick up their order only to find out there is nothing there, then be treated poorly by staff as a simple inconvenience to their gas station business. Not an experience I’ve ever had at any 7-11. Poor form. Perhaps staff could ask their management for more support and this will be a learning experience. But for this customer, I would never return again after being treated so disrespectfully. Not sure if it had anything to do with me being a senior or a woman, but that was the feeling I got. It’s sad that it was such an upsetting situation. Didn’t need to be if it was handled properly by staff.

Disgusting staff. They don’t know how to greet customers especially girls in the evening shift. Disgusting service. They just stay busy on phone’s or just talking.

Be extremely careful with your purchases here. I was overcharged, the cashier put the price of a pack of cigarettes onto my order then passed it off as a "mistake" when I called him out. I had already tapped my card as I noticed the overcharge. So he refunded the charge out of cash not a reverse charge to my card. Very fishy.

The staff just doesn’t seem to care about the customers. I have been coming to this store from many months now; but every time I come it feels as if I am disturbing the employees. They are always on their phones or talking with someone else even when I am right in front waiting for them

Service here has changed to the worst. Every time I have come in the staff are on their personal phone. Is this a thing now? Are you allowed to have full conversations and jus ignore the customer? If anyone is looking for a job I suggest applying here, you can be in personal calls while at work, parking right out front and you can take as long as you like dealing with customers.

From what I saw, the staff behind the counter were kind and patient, just following company policy. I paid $20 in quarters and he kept his cool while I counted it out!The Tim Hortons was exceptional, all the staff were singing even though they had a line and it was very pleasant ?

I have been a customer of this gas station for more than 6 years because i live in the area, about a year ago it switched to a 7-11 with new management. Just was there and had argument with one of the male workers that says he is the manager, one of the rudest and loutish workers ever seen. wiil make sure that i never come back here.

This convenience store open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Store is stocked with many items at noticeably higher prices than the regular supermarket chains, as convenience stores order smaller quantities of inventory at higher per-unit prices from wholesalers. Typical 7-Eleven fare here are Slurpees, soft drinks, and snacks. They have a full service Tim Hortons counter as well as a Tim Hortons drive-thru.

A bit of a sub-par 7-Eleven experience even with the Tim Hortons in here as well. Cashiers are often looking bored or using their phones. Keep in mind that the doors are often locked at night even when they are open. You may need to stand around for 5-10 minutes before someone notices you and unlocks the door.
