Today, I bought three items from Winners, including a 3-piece set for boys. After some time, I decided to return one item and went back to the store with the receipt. When I approached the cashier, she pointed out that an electric tag was still attached to the item—a mistake from when I initially paid for it. She also claimed that there was no tag on the pants, despite me explaining twice that it was a 3-piece set with only one tag.
The situation escalated when she called the manager, even though I had my receipt and the staff member who originally handled my purchase was present. It felt like she was uncomfortable when she saw me on the line second time I returned, which made me question whether this incident was intentional. Additionally, the cashier handed back my receipt with her nose running, which is extremely unhygienic.
As a customer, I also sensed a subtle hint of racism during this visit. The manager should take a closer look at these issues because, as clients, we deserve respect and proper service. lastly please train your staffs properly so that they remove the electric tags properly.

Today, I visited Winners in New Westminster to purchase some clothing. After selecting a few items, I proceeded to the fitting room. A staff member asked me to declare the number of items I wanted to try on and issued a tag number. However, she instructed me to hang each item on a hook and inspect them before entering, which seemed unnecessary and discriminatory, as the previous customer was not asked to do the same.

Very clean and organized. Great location (Royal City Centre) with plenty free underground parking. Only con is very short return policy, just 10 days.

Limited selection, but very cheerful pleasant staff eager to help. The store is surprisingly clean and lint free unlike the Metrotown store or if you drop something on the floor it gets covered with dust and dirt. If the Metrotown location have a cleaning staff, I'm not sure what they do. They certainly don't clean the floors or dust any of the shelves.I found the six street location to be a pleasant place to shop and will continue to shop there. I only shop at the Metrotown location when I'm desperate.

So for the staff amazing people friendly polite and customer service stars, its the store and lack of inventory. However this i say for me personally not a lot for my taste. But everything else was top shelf.
