Great product variety, great prices, friendly cashiers and helpers.. buuuutttt... The customer service is quite terrifying.
I purchased a box of formula by accident and was wondering if I could do a swap for the product I needed that was the exact same price and maybe as well as getting the same discount I got from the original coupon which seems not possible as the coupon was deposited but hey it wouldn't hurt to ask right? It was a simple request if it was doable, I wanted to see why and what the rules were as I was not familiar with the nuances of Walmart policies as a very casual customer there. I made it very clear it was my fault as I should have grabbed the correct box. But perhaps there could be a second chance to mend it. The customer manager threw all the argumentative cards at me. There was no empathy and very escalating volume responses. It was such an unpleasant experience for someone who does not want to argue, but have civil and calm conversations where there could be possible middle ground, if not I normally back down and eat the cost in favor of everyone leaving the interaction somewhat happy. Even till the end after I agreed to her responses she still had frustration, anger, and almost hatred in her voice. I have never experienced anything like this elsewhere, ever. Clearly, the representative does not want to satisfy customers with a warming attitude to resolve. Perhaps they should not be in customer service and stay away from customer interactions for a while. I can tell they are stressed and overworked from constant requests from customers. Perhaps they were having a very very bad day, which we all have had but I recommend retraining or even a reformat of the training regime, because something seems very wrong here.
I will most likely stay away from this Walmart specifically and see to others for a better experience. At least for a little while, and I recommend others as well. I hope the individual is well and stays healthy.

Not very helpful more than once.
I asked where the Brita Water Filters would be to an employee who wasn't busy.
I don't come this walmart on a regular basis so I don't know where everything is. He looked me up and down like I was a piece of beef before even answering me. I've been to a few walmarts and had some rude experiences but this....!
They just hire anyone here!!

I came here as a dasher to pick up order . The cellular Number which they mentioned ( in pickup details ) . No one is answering it ( called 4-5 times ) . When I went inside store to talk to customer service no one listened me . The customer service guy keeps on ignoring me. Worst service ever

Hey, it's not bad, but there's a lot of broken stuff lying around, and it's not very organized. I even saw a broken egg one day, and it was never cleaned up. One star for that.

6 separate " customer service agents " can not find out what happened to my order . Ordered one week ago. Their kids screaming in the background, don't speak English, can't help and passed to one after another agent who can't do their job . Avoid this store . Try hiring people who speak English and can assist customers who have PAID for stuff and want it delivered or give them a Refund . Incompetent .

I had online pickup from walmart. So I was waiting for their employee to come in the parking lot to deliver my order . I called them 25 times but didn’t get any response eventually I called customer service and they sent them to me. When I asked her why didn’t she pick my calls she replied in a rude manner if we weren’t picking your calls that means we were on break . And if we aren’t receiving your call then you can come later or just drop the order. I never seen a rude manager( Aman ) like her . The way she was talking was totally bullshit.

Bad experience, my friends and I were walking around looking for something to buy and some east Indian guy with a weird moustache comes up to us and kicks us out and tells us “this isn’t a playground” also was kicking out every other kid around us saying “you don’t look like you’re doing anything.

In the middle of the city with no chance of finding a parking space for a camper nearby, the anticipation was taken away. For a tourist, the arrangement of the goods and the allocation of special offers are completely chaotic. Unfortunately, the staff also had no increased interest in providing information or explaining the discount coupons. The wheels of the shopping cart were also blocked at the exit door, so we had to carry all the goods across a busy street.
Summary: As a camper on the way through, avoid it in any case and look for a place with better transport options!!

7:45pm and all the common shelf items are locked up because the pharmacy is closed. Staff says the pharmacy makes their own hours and can't access. Terrible service for customers.

For real?(see picture) Overall, it's just a regular Walmart, maybe just dirtier, compared to Metrotown one.
But you can't put on sale a meat that went black, guys. Regardless of its expiry date, it's dangerous and disgusting.

How can a store that sells deodorant, have so few employees that wear it ?, Store is dirty , Customer Service from employees is non-existent , and best one yet , Store had a fire alarm go off when I was in last Sunday and they evacuated the entire store...best part, the cause of the alarm was an employee pulling the fire alarm thinking it was a door exit in the back LOL !!!...Train your staff !
