Please tell the staff to wear deodorant. Today I went in to purchase something and the indian woman at the cashier desk wreaked of body odour, and so did the rest of the store… I think I will be switching to metrotown.

This Tommy's is not as big as Tsawwassen, and it doesn't have a children's clothing department, but I like their store staff, who are not only eager to help, but also have a harmonious atmosphere throughout the store.Easy parking, no need to queue, plenty of items and variety.

There’s an old asian lady named CECILIA who works as a cashier who is very rude and feels like a boss! My son was quietly sitting in the corner watching videos on his phone while his big brother was watching over him from the other side when suddenly this old grumpy lady Cecilia asked him to go as if no one watching over him. I wonder why the management is not taking any action with all these bad reviews, TH’s reputation has been ruined by these unprofessional staffs!!!!!!!!!
