I shop everyweek and spend 100. The ladys who is European Russian and fitting room asian lady.when I tried out some outfit and she asked me are you gonna buy? I was so shocked.and left immediately . She has attitude absolutely horrible. i used to go this location but i am gonna switch to Metrotown. Such a dissapointment

Extremely bad experience, customer representative was very rude and very unhelpful in nature. I love the clothes and i am being tommy’s customer from past many years. But this time it was very unsatisfactory.
