I must start by saying I was intimidated and scared to start a “Bootcamp”. I didn’t think I was strong enough to keep up. It’s been a year and I am so glad I gave it a try. By far this is the best Fitness program I have ever done. Mike is so welcoming and kind. He has this amazing ability to motivate with a sense of humour. Every workout is different and challenging. You will not get bored here and the best part is you will see results.

This is the best fitness regime I have ever done. Been going for 5 years and will never stop. Our trainer Mike motivates, pushes us, makes us laugh and feel positive about our efforts. He really knows his stuff.
There are a variety of times to go but I love the 5 am slot because you can have a kickass workout done before the work day begins.
Mike has created a strong "community" of followers over the years and I can honestly say that going to fitness each morning is the best way to start a day.

This place is amazing! Not only does it bring incredible strength gains, it brings friendships and community. Mikes training is top notch and his energy helps when we have to dig deep and push past our limitations. We explore failure and push past it, building strength and pride. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been attending Survivor Fitness for over 5 years now and I love the energy Mike brings to every class and how each class is different every day. Whether you want to work out early in the morning or at the end of you day, you’ll be sure to get an awesome workout either way.

Survivor Fitness New West is the best Bootcamp around! Mike Nunes, the trainer, is very motivational and makes all the classes fun. It is great for all levels of fitness! I love Survivor Fitness New West!

I stumbled across Survivor Fitness New West because I needed a 6am group class - 11 months later I’m feeling super strong, I’ve made great friends and I leave each class ready to tackle the day. Mike is hands down the best trainer out there. I started his bootcamp not having worked out for several years but Mike encouraged me to push myself and made me feel welcome each morning. The group setting is the perfect for someone looking for a fun and challenging full body workout.

Mike is a top notch trainer. He knows exactly what each individual needs. It’s very impressive.
