Went here around Black Friday Sale 2023. Everyone was friendly and professional. We were helped by Edie who was so friendly and fun and who just brought the right kind of energy for dress shopping.This was our first day of shopping for my friends dress but we had gone to one other place before going to Sposa and the other place was such a letdown. The person helping there was very rude and unhelpful so we were very disappointed.We got to Sposa not knowing what to expect but from the beginning, they were amazing. And Edie was the best. She was excited to help and took all the information we gave her in stride. We showed her what we were looking for and right away she said "I have the perfect dress". She was determined to help and knew exactly what to show us. She also let us pick out dresses.The whole experience was so much better and exactly how you would expect it to be from all the shows and movies. We had a great time and my friend ended up saying yes to the dress that Edie had picked out.Overall, it was a very successful trip and the staff were all amazing. A special shoutout to Edie for not only finding my friend her wedding dress but for also making us all have a great time in the process. Thank you, you're amazing, and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

What a breath of fresh air it was walking into Sposa Wedding World! Shopping for my daughter’s wedding Dress is a special moment for any Mom. The experience we had from the moment we walked in, viewing options, trying on dresses ,making decisions was amazing. The lady that assisted us was wonderful and I appreciated her help with this monumental decision.Thank you

AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH EDIE! I left a bridal appointment from a different shop defeated. Then Edie completely turned my day and experience around. I’m so grateful we took the leap to see if they had an available spot. 10/10 recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Edie at Sposa. She had stayed an hour past closing just to help me find the dress of my dreams. Her customer service was unreal and I will definitely be going to Sposa for any future bridal purchases! Vow renewal dress in a year here we come! Thanks again Edie!

I had an amazing experience with Sposa! I was lucky enough to have Edie as my specialist - she was incredible. They were my first stop for wedding dress shopping and I was so impressed with their range of dresses. Edie asked my price range and was able to pull a ton of dresses - when I later went another gallery down the street, they only were able to pull a few. Never did I feel pressured to make a decision - Edie told me to think about it and get back to her if I had questions.I ultimately decided on the first dress I tried on. It was such an easy process from the moment I picked my dress to the final try on. Every staff member I encountered at Sposa was incredibly sweet - I would highly recommend stopping by!

I purchased my dress from Sposa for my October 2023 wedding. I worked with Evie throughout the process. She was an absolute pleasure. Amongst all the dresses I picked out to try on along with my family and friends, it was Evie who actually pulled the dress that I fell in love with. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me throughout my journey of finding the perfect dress! Couldn’t be happier.

I cannot recommend this shop and it's staff enough. I had such an incredible experience with my wedding dress shopping, from the first day to the final fitting. Joline (Stylist) is a rockstar-- she is so patient, gently offers her thoughts/ previous experiences without pressure and created such a calm shopping environment. Super positive experience for such a crucial piece of the big day.

Had a very negative experience here, brought my mom, mother in law and best friend dress shopping and I arrived at 220 for a 230 appointment. Immediately upon entering I got lectured about being late because they had texted me 2pm confirmation, however in the same sentence they also admitted they confirmed 230pm in email. What was worse was the place was completely empty. Finally we're told we can go inside and my friend started grabbing another chair from a different section and got shouted at not to touch the chair and she'd bring one out. So we awkwardly stand around while she gets a foldable chair instead of the comfortable ones available for my mother to sit in. Then when it's clear how uncomfortable we ALL are we ask if we can start browsing she gets mad at us and says no she needs to ask us questions, and starts asking very personal questions which would normally be fine but read a room. You can't yell at someone and then expect friendship, she then grabs my hand to look at my ring without even asking if it was okay. When we finally are allowed to go look around she stops us again after just saying we could go then yells at my entire group when we started scattering that we had to go through the tour. After this anytime anyone in my group tried to take a dress of the rack even just to look at it we were lectured. During the process, anytime a friend tried to take a picture of me, they were again yelled at because she didn't want to be in the picture. I have been in countless other stores and have never been asked not to take photos. Then at the very end I kinda liked one dress but was full on thrown a pressure sales tactic. Needless to say, I did not buy any dress nor will ever reccomend.

Every bride wants to have that pretty and perfectly fitted wedding dress. Every bride wants to shine like a diamond in her wedding day. You spend a lot of money to have that dress, you’d expect respect from the store staff and you do not want them to ruin your bridal shopping experience, obviously. You will not have this nice experience at this store, believe me!Here is my honest story. I did buy my wedding dress from them. They pushed me to buy a dress, even though I was size 4 and the dress was in size 10. The lady who helped (pushed) me to buy the dress, made me hurry by saying that Sunday was their last day of sale although they had the same sale going on forever. She promised me that they would alter the dress perfectly to fit me well (making the dress smaller basically). So I was convinced to buy the dress after all.I ended up having an oversize and not fitted dress at my wedding day, because of the bad alteration. Their staff was not capable of doing such alteration although they promised me to do that well. They were very impolite and rude whenever I talked to them about the alteration. They made me super stressed out before my wedding and ruined my experience.I do not like my wedding photos just because of the dress and the dress shopping memories it would recall.I will have this very bad memory in my mind forever and will not forgive this store and the rude manager.

I bought my wedding dress from here and the customer service has never been anything short of amazing. I never felt like another “sale” to the staff and I never felt pushed into anything. The woman (Joline) who helped me find my dress immediately understood my taste and my personality and every dress she picked was lovely. I left to look at other stores, just in case, and she did not make me feel bad or immediately stop trying to put in effort. They’ve always communicated well and have been on point with their expected timelines for fittings and alterations. Every time I come in all of the staff there make me feel like a million dollars. Amazing customer service.

The fourth shop I went to, we'd walked past in before and ended up with time to spare between appointments. They were great about accommodating our walk in appointment request. I had Joline as my consultant. Sposa is a full service bridal Boutique, and I was told that this meant that if I wanted, they would help me step into the dress and put it on (or I could step into it myself and call them in when ready. Most importantly it meant that if I saw a dress on the rack that I wanted to try, I was not to pick it up, but to have my consultant do that for me. I had no issue with this, however it seemed like whenever I found a dress I liked, my consultant was nowhere to be found.The shop does have a permanent sample sale area though, which was nice. However I found that most dresses in the shop had a yellowy tan under layer which did not complement my skin tone at all. But Joline was great about letting me try on a dress from a mannequin that was out of my price range and style that I was looking for (if only I were having castle wedding).

Worked with Edie for our visit. She was fantastic! Found us several choices that were fabulous options, within our price range and expanded our idea on what would work well. Totally recommend Sposa, and Edie!
