Good selection of products and amazing customer service.I went to this store for my first FPV drone. Since it was my first time, I was unfamiliar with BetaFight, and the tech side of setting up the drone.Dean went above and beyond to make sure my drone was ready to fly, as well as answering all the questions I had.10/10 Would recommend this store on account of their product selection AND customer service.

I believe in second chances . My first experience many many years was very bad. Bought a spitfire and they sold me a battery that was way too light to balance . With my work and travel , I didn't get to assemble the plane till after their window and then discovered it would not balance. I went to them for help and their son and I got into an argument . I felt they thought I was trying to scam them. But I really wasn't , I just wanted a place that would support me- I was planning to give them a lot of business . This left a sour taste in my mouth and I never went back. Fast forward 9yrs, and my club mate said give them a second chance so I did. Bought over $2000 of stuff recently and the experience has been great . They have really improved and the son is very helpful. I will continue going to them. I think they've learned that customer service goes a long way ....Keep up the great service !!

I’m not one to write reviews, but this shop is excellent. Glad I discovered them. Best prices in town. The customer service….. nothing short of spectacular, top shelf. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Wide selection of parts, tools and brands. If they don’t have it, they can get it. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Sn hobbies.?

There was a lot of stock and parts. I came in looking to spend 30 bux and walked out spending 300. The service was really good and knowledgeable. They are there for your best interest instead of the quick upsell. Definitely recommend this place for you r/c and hobby needs!Edit.........Changed my rating due to restock and prices! On my recent visit, they had everything I needed! The prices were so good that I bought stuff I didn't need but wanted. I'm definitely going back for my r/c gear!

Excellent hobby shop ,I was looking for a specific transmitter case it was out of stock they ordered them and contacted me in 2weeks back in stock and on sale ! prices are excellent on rc planes as well.!!

Second time using this store, great experience both times. And I'll definitely use them in the future for future needs. Only downfall is their helicopter stock/ parts is very limited. Guess helicopters are a doing breed these days
