The older lady working tonight was clearly drunk and very rude. Wont be coming back. I'm contemplating calling the police to report her because she's so clearly intoxicated.

The old woman with blonde/ light hair is very inconsiderate. I stepped in and waited until she came around the back and asked, “When you are done with your customer, can I ask you something?” She was still helping someone and that’s why she was coming around the back, but instead of responding with a simple yes or a no, she stared at me with an annoyed look on her face and continued walking.I have never been inside of that liquor store but I live steps away, she chose this to be the first impression, and from reading other reviews on here/ other sites, it definitely seems she either needs to retire or educate herself on how to communicate with the public when working a customer service job.

Prices are great. Staff are awesome. I've noticed that staff who are not suited for customer service don't last long. If you have had a bad experience, it is not a common occurrence. Working retail is harder than ever these days.

The old lady clerk is very impolite. She never respects her customer. I used to buy beer from here often but I decide to change the place.

I've was a regular customer here for roughly five years, often passing by to pick something up when visiting friends in the area.I saw a sign on the door about wearing masks and that's fine. I'm not a conspiracy theorist about that sort of thing.So I enter, pull my mask out of my pocket and begin to put it on.Anyone who enters the store is in clear view of the attendant.With this in mind I'm obviously being seen putting the mask on.Despite this, I hear a sharp and snotty tone of voice to my left:"Yeah. Mask on."I saw the sign on the door. I was putting the mask on.There was no reason to say anything, but instead she decided to give me attitude for no reason. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised, because I've seen this woman be crude to other customers as well.I've held several retail management positions. This is not how you talk to customers, least of all when enforcing health policies.If you see a tall woman with dark hair don't go in.I will not be returning to this store.

Bad customer service. Was on hold which is fine. But then the line went dead. Tried phoning back 3 times and after the 4th time I got through. Said they were too busy to be answering phones. And they said they didn’t have what I’m looking for. So great job Royal ?

Nice place that's tucked away on a busy road. They are not a big store, but they do have some nice limited edition stuff here and there. Really nice and quiet place to shop during the pandemic.

Underrated Beer/Liquor store. They have a really good selection of all kinds of beer, liquor and mixed drinks. Also a better variety of singles available than most other places. Also one of the few places to carry Moosehead Lager, which seems hard to come by these days. The service is great too, they're always friendly and knowledgeable. I would much rather go here than one of the government stores.
