Really disappointed in the overall level of customer service and attention to detail on this. Over the past year, I’ve had several Incorrect prescriptions provided, Incorrect information provided, And just general attitude from the Pharmacy technicians. Most recently they have charged me for product that I did not order and I did not need the amount of $71. I’ve had multiple conversations with the pharmacy manager, Gina, who is always sort it out. But the most recent Pharmacy technician Natasha informed me that I was not willing to speak with her today, And that she would not mediating any conversations between myself and Gina. I’ve asked to have my prescriptions pulled, and I’m just beyond fed up with this specific location and the ongoing Attitude issues of their pharmacy technicians.

My experience with this pharmacy has always been the best! Jinna (the pharmacist) is extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. This is where I send all of my patients to get their compounding medications because I know that they won’t have any issues getting them on time. I always look forward to talking to Jinna and her team at Pure in the New Westminster location.

If you’re looking for high quality supplements and good advice you can trust, come to this pharmacy! All the supplements I’ve tried are third party tested which gives me peace of mind. So no snake oil here. I will go out of my way to go to this specific location.I’ll come to the pharmacy with my concerns and data I’ve collected and the pharmacist works with me to address them. Every time I’ve come in, I’ve worked with Azrah. All the supplements she’s suggested has worked for me and I believe it’s because of all the questions she’s asked. I also ask lots of questions and they are very patient with me.I took a break from what she suggested and noticed a huge difference being off the supplements. She even suggests better versions of things I “think I need”.Thanks Azrah for helping me get my life back on track while dealing with many long COVID symptoms! My body feels more supported during this healing time with the variety of things you’ve suggested. As an inquisitive person, I feel very welcomed here. Looking forward to continuing business at this specific location with Azrah since she’s earned my trust and respect.

I go there for my compounding prescriptions. There was an error with one of mine and I appreciated the quick communication and resolution. Jinna is very helpful and knowledgeable, she is very friendly, patient and open to questions. It’s nice to have help from a pharmacist who shows they care about you and your health and takes time to help you. Thank you Jinna!
