Shoppers was closed for passport photography so I stumbled on this spot instead. Friendly, professional, quick, and reasonably priced (under $20). Will be back for future printing needs!

UPS in New West is absolute garbage. Lazy drivers that have literally never tried to deliver a package to my building, but I regularly receive packages from FedEx, Amazon, and Canada Post without issue. When I tried to raise this feedback with the store owner, his response was that they do not communicate at all with their drivers and that there's nothing they can do. Sucks to see others in the area apparently have the same awful experience with lazy drivers. I guess quality and customer service mean absolutely nothing to the people that work there, and sharing feedback as simple as "people are complaining about not getting packages" when the driver comes in your store, or escalating to a district manager, is too much -- The commitment to the bare minimum reflects very poorly on their store. My work sometimes ships with them, but I will personally never spend a dime shipping with UPS because of the consistently poor service from this store and the drivers in the are.

I and my daughter took PR photo at this shop. But my daughter photo shows err message it’s too bright and too dark when I uploads to ircc. So I went to the shop to ask for retake, but the employee told me it will charge again if I retake. They also said it’s not their problem and the photo is ok. After some negotiation, the employee just resized my daughter’s photo. It still not worked. He is very impatient and rude. During talking, he sometimes yell at me.Totally, I went the shop 3 times. He still didn’t want to retake anymore. So bad shop I never meet. At last, I have to go to other photo shop to to finish it. Wasting so much time on it. 0 star. Will never visit this shop again. Don’t trust them as they say if photo gets err they will retake. Just waste your time.

Had to go and pick up a parcel, missed the fine print on the back of the slip saying I needed to bring in ID. The man at the counter was so unnecessarily rude and told me that it wasn't his job to read policy out to me and to come back when I can find the fine print. When I returned with my ID, the same man had the cheek to ask "did you find it then?" Did not spark joy.

Went to pick up a package that the driver was too lazy to deliver. Checked and the UPS store is listed as open. Went there are it was closed. The new hours weren't posted on Yelp. UPS is the worst service I have ever dealt with. If I can avoid using them for deliveries even if the alternative is more expensive.
