My princess of a pooch was going through a fussy phase and wouldn’t eat anything. I went to talk about switching foods and Karen helped me find a solution that wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg.
I’ve gone there when I was wondering if a visit to the vet was in our near future, and told me to try another remedy. Their knowledge of dogs and cats, have saved me probably a thousand dollars.
Sometimes, my dog will lead me to the shop. We will go in, chat, they will load her up with treats and we leave without buying anything. But because of this, I won’t shop anywhere else!!
They are good people who care more about their customers than making a sale. I cannot recommend them enough!!”

Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their pets a quality, varied diet without having to do a lot of research beforehand, as they don't bring in "junk" foods.”
“Bought a cake for my dog's 1st birthday the turnaround was great and quick. It was a great addition. However the bone was pretty big for one dog and I didn't really enjoy it. I will make sure that the dog likes it, before we buy it. I would give 5 overall but my dog didn't like it.”
“Rogers Aquatic was not near my home but I kept hearing OTHER pet stores refer me to them when they didn't have even the basics for reptile care.
It was worth the drive. I was immediately attended to, and the staff didn't leave my side until I had everything I needed and had went through the checkout. They even offered to take everything to my car.
As a new hobbyist in reptile and fish pet care, the Internet had led me astray, with inconsistent misinformation, sellers overcharging, scammers under delivering, and being left frustrated and not able to get the care that my living breathing animal needed from me.
I was so relieved to finally see all the items in front of me that pertained to my large desert dwelling lizards needs, when I couldn't even get a terrarium for his size anywhere else. I was finally getting the assistance I needed from a well coordinated effort from the team at Rogers who each brought an elevated level of experience to my situational needs.
I definitely plan on returning soon to share pictures of the set up I was able to make with their help, and bring my business to them in the future, despite the drive. Now I understand why their competitors even recommend them.”
“This place is so amazing and so are the staff. If you need grooming GO HERE my dog has major anxiety concerns and will not let me or the vet cut his nails. This place was able to do it for an affordable price and were super understanding and kind about his concerns. 6/5 stars great service.”

“This is my local pet food store! I want to leave a review because I feel like it’s tucked away in a bit of a not so obvious location. It’s a one man show. The owner is very nice, and they carry Acana which is awesome. Not many places carry it, and it’s saves me the trip going all the way to Highgate to the specialty stores because Petsmart doesn’t carry it. The hours are a bit limited, but it’s so nice to have a pet store that’s in the heart of Joyce. Support local business!”

“The staff I talked to was amazingly sweet and kind and we had a great conversation, she recommended things for my elderly dog which she has found worked for her animals, which I truly appreciate. They have a very nice selection of animal foods, either raw or dry, and toppers that you can’t find at many other stores in the area. They also do delivery which is really cool! Hope everything goes well for the owners in the future. Highly recommend this business for cat and dog food/treats.”
“Kit the groomer is gone ? She works at Dharma Dog though if anyone wants to go there for her. She's an awesome person and it's too bad she left! She was the only one I trusted with my dog and I can't go to the new place. Other than that, clean place, friendly and knowledgeable staff!”

“One of my favourite pet stores. I am a huge fan of a deal, and they have a corner dedicated to discounted items! Great staff here that always make me feel welcome. The staff is always ready to help, custom order things, and give my dogs treats.My only complaint is that they stock knock off prong collars which are not safe for dogs and dangerous for multiple reasons - they feel sharp, they break, they are not up to the standards that a prong collar should be. This is not the stores fault though, as they are sent things from corporate to sell. Hopefully they will stock the good brands or remove the dangerous ones. (Hint: herm-sprenger make good quality and safe products)”

“I visited only one treats for the first time awhile ago. I needed some green lipped muscle for our German Shepherd. I was met by a lovely lady at the door who was able to help me with my order on my phone. Once inside I met the crew (family business) and they were all so friendly and very proud of their business.I had a great experience and look forward to purchasing more items for our dog. I was very grateful how they assisted me with my first order. Rayna loves her green lipped muscle in her food that was recommended by our vet.”

The provider excellent advice On healthy food that dog's generally like. Montey, male, Scottish Terrier, loves the toys and the food I purchased.”
