My princess of a pooch was going through a fussy phase and wouldn’t eat anything. I went to talk about switching foods and Karen helped me find a solution that wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg.
I’ve gone there when I was wondering if a visit to the vet was in our near future, and told me to try another remedy. Their knowledge of dogs and cats, have saved me probably a thousand dollars.
Sometimes, my dog will lead me to the shop. We will go in, chat, they will load her up with treats and we leave without buying anything. But because of this, I won’t shop anywhere else!!
They are good people who care more about their customers than making a sale. I cannot recommend them enough!!”

“Bought a cake for my dog's 1st birthday the turnaround was great and quick. It was a great addition. However the bone was pretty big for one dog and I didn't really enjoy it. I will make sure that the dog likes it, before we buy it. I would give 5 overall but my dog didn't like it.”

I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Jamie at the Bosley location in Port Coquitlam.
During my visit, my husband accidentally dropped a container of salmon oil while our dog was very excited about the treats. I became extremely nervous, not only about the mess, but mainly about the safety of other pets who could potentially slip or get hurt.
Jamie immediately noticed how anxious I was and handled the situation with remarkable calm, kindness, and professionalism. She went far beyond what is expected, reassuring me, taking care of everything promptly, and making sure the environment was safe.
Her empathy and awareness made a stressful moment feel completely manageable. Experiences like this are what truly differentiate a great store from an average one.
We absolutely love this store and the entire staff. Jamie represents the very best of customer service.

“The staff I talked to was amazingly sweet and kind and we had a great conversation, she recommended things for my elderly dog which she has found worked for her animals, which I truly appreciate. They have a very nice selection of animal foods, either raw or dry, and toppers that you can’t find at many other stores in the area. They also do delivery which is really cool! Hope everything goes well for the owners in the future. Highly recommend this business for cat and dog food/treats.”

“Rogers Aquatic was not near my home but I kept hearing OTHER pet stores refer me to them when they didn't have even the basics for reptile care.
It was worth the drive. I was immediately attended to, and the staff didn't leave my side until I had everything I needed and had went through the checkout. They even offered to take everything to my car.
As a new hobbyist in reptile and fish pet care, the Internet had led me astray, with inconsistent misinformation, sellers overcharging, scammers under delivering, and being left frustrated and not able to get the care that my living breathing animal needed from me.
I was so relieved to finally see all the items in front of me that pertained to my large desert dwelling lizards needs, when I couldn't even get a terrarium for his size anywhere else. I was finally getting the assistance I needed from a well coordinated effort from the team at Rogers who each brought an elevated level of experience to my situational needs.
I definitely plan on returning soon to share pictures of the set up I was able to make with their help, and bring my business to them in the future, despite the drive. Now I understand why their competitors even recommend them.”

We come almost every month to use the self-serve dog wash, and it's amazing! It has everything, towels, shampoo, and conditioner! I don't have to worry about bringing anything! Embarrassed, I notified the staff and asked for a towel so I could clean up.
