Michael Taschner how can you be responsible for someone's finances and taxes and have the audacity to refuse to make an appointment to discuss it? My client is asking about his finances and you deal with him. Instantly as soon as the call started your attitude towards my client was unprofessional and so rude. If you are busy you can say let me get back to you or let's set up an appointment to discuss this, etc. A million PROFESSIONAL ways to go about this. As soon as you answered you say, "I'm busy," with no further discussion and HANGING UP? Is that how you treat your clients and customers receiving your services? You are a grown adult with a business. I can't believe someone wrote a review saying the same thing in 2014... what a joke. It's 2021. Your unhappiness regarding your job or whatever you have going on is reflecting on how you treat those who access your business and it's unfair to your clients to receive such treatment. Especially when it's regarding THEIR dealings and YOU do THEIR taxes. I wish there was an email or something to get this dealt with because this was unacceptable. You are withholding information from a client of yours who has the full right to it. He has done this to my client for more than a year now. When my client asks for their gst how is it okay to say, "When I feel like it." Ridiculous. How is this man getting away with such mistreatment? Let the people that ACTUALLY care to help their client assist if YOU can't if you're "too busy." You are interfering with my clients finances and keeping information from him. So neglectful.

Mike is great I have been using him and his services for 20 years, he was my father's tax guy before mine.

Always professional; customer service excellent! We have been getting our taxes done by Mike and his team for years. Great company.
