I recently ( 15 March, 2024. 11:00 pm) visited the On The Run supermarket Chevron gas station near McBride opposite Safe way with the simple desire to purchase a cold bottle of Pepsi. Unfortunately, the experience was less than satisfactory. Upon realizing the Pepsi provided was not chilled, I politely requested a cold one instead. To my surprise, the response from the cashier was unexpectedly rude. She seemed annoyed by my request and advised me to decide what I want before asking. Subsequently, she canceled the transaction altogether. While I understand that misunderstandings can occur, the manner in which it was handled was disappointing. I felt like I don’t want to visit your store next time. Customer service is crucial in any business, and I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions for others.
