The women who does the alterations is wonderful. And their prices are reasonable. I originally had gone to another place close by and that woman quoted me $85 to hem my basic made-no slip-Amazon bought-cotton dress. $85! And that was after she insulted me by telling me that hemming my dress was not in the current fashion and I didn’t know what I was doing. And she told me when I visited her in mid-July she wouldn’t be able to “fit me in” until end of Aug or Sept. 2 months to get a hem? I wound rather hem it myself with a glue gun at that point LOL. Then someone recommended New West Cleaners. And she’s done all my dresses since. AND she’s super quick. I’ve never waited more than a couple days. Yesterday she brought in and hemmed 2 dresses overnight.
The only reason I did 4 stars is because the woman who does the alterations is not in all the time- if you need her to pin the dress while it’s on you you’ll need to call ahead and make sure she’s on site.
But her work is great, reasonably priced and fast.

I had given them a week and a half to clean my suits before my wedding, and they were still late on their commitments. I was disappointed and I would not trust them with a timeline if you're needing it by a certain date.

Anyone who goes here make sure the man at the counter writes PAID on your receipt otherwise he will literally argue that you did not pay. For reference I paid over $140 in cash to dry clean 6 bathroom mats yet when I go to fetch them the man proceeds to insistently argue that I did not pay because he did not write PAID on his ticket. Thankfully, the lady stepped in and said she remembered I paid but the experience has put me off from ever going back.
