Typical disorganized drop off situation and pickup. They found my 3rd bag but it took a lot of persuasion on my part to convince them they made a mistake. I can’t really be too upset because this is situation normal with 80% of these places.

Lovely laundry Coin or they do it for you. Meticulous alterations also. All prices including dry cleaning are fair + reasonable.It would help if you spoke Korean and their English was better - but they are sure trying. Nice people.!G

Always so busy. They make u use a Biggar machine then u need because they are using all the small ones. I'm sorry but I am not rich and paying 6.00 to wash 6 or 7 articles of clothing. To top it all off I had to go and get cashback next door and that is another 3 dollar charge. I think I'm better off just tub thumping my clothes.

We utilized the laundromat regularly living in Burnaby. The owners are so welcoming and make this place feel like a close knit community environment. We have moved to a different part of the lower mainland but still prefer New Ventures over anywhere else. We recommend going here for sure!

Opened just 2 years ago, it’s a great laundromat with industrial washers and dryers. Very well kept and clean place. They provide services like laundry pickups and dropoffs, and have good products for cheap in case you forget to bring in your own detergents. They provide alteration services too.The only downside is that they accept only cash and no cards (unless you’re availing a pickup and dropoff service). Otherwise I would highly recommend this laundromat!

I washed duvet & pillows... my 1st time in a landromat. Owner was very helpfull. The place is clean and well organized.

I would bring my king down duvet here to be washed and was always happy with the service. Yesterday I found out they had raised the price by more than 50% to $47. Ticky Poo charges $30.
