This is the best pharmacy I have ever gone to. Aman and Pinder go so far above and beyond to help you. They truly make it feel like a neighborhood pharmacy and are there to assist. They are experts in their knowledge and approach. Even when busy they will still make sure you are helped. They are always friendly, courteous and kind. If you have yet to visit, please do so. They are really that great.

I love this pharmacy. As someone who in the last few years got a chronic illness, I switched to this pharmacy from one closer to my home for two big reasons. First, they can actually get me all of the medications that I need when shoppers just told me they couldn’t get them and moved on. Second, they remember you. They remember who you are and what you have and offer whatever help and support they can. Honestly when you are sick and struggling having the person on the other end of the phone remember your name and to be cheerful and kind makes all the difference. You really feel like they are part of your healthcare team and that they care. Best pharmacy ever.

I was so impressed by how kind and helpful the staff is here. Thank you Maria and Aman- you patient, professional and kind. They took the time to answer all my questions.I was able to get my medication’s the same day, shoppers needed 6 days as they outsource compounds.Thank you Longevity!

I moved to Burnaby and tried to find a pharmacy closer to me. Both pharmacies I found were brutal to deal with, poor communication, and couldn’t fill simple prescriptions. I drive now 25 mins one way to pick up my prescriptions from Longevity. Best service all the time and worth the trip.

I've only had good experiences with this pharmacy. They have been very helpful whenever my refills run out and contact my doctor on my behalf for a renewal. Most recently, the pharmacist went out of his way to make sure I got my prescription when I was unable to pick it up. The service provided is quick and impressive.

I never really imagined I'd write a Yelp review for a pharmacy, but they've been so wonderful that I wanted to do anything I could to make sure others know what a great place this is. I have not visited Longevity for myself, so this review is from the perspective of a pet owner - I hope that's helpful to some like me that may be dealing with a sick or older pet. I was recommended to Longevity by my vet because I was looking for a very hard to find antibiotic. I had called 4 other pharmacies with no luck, apart from Safeway who told me they *might* be able to find the powder for compounding in 7-10 days. I called Longevity and they were able to get the medication within a day. When that medication didn't go over very well with my dog (super hard on her system), they were able to quickly compound a new prescription of a liquid antibiotic for me, and even offered to make it chicken or beef flavoured. We went with beef and my dog actually really seems to like it, which was a pleasant surprise. They also managed to get this compounded very quickly as I only had my lunch break to pick up the prescription and medication and was anxious to start my dog on it ASAP, which I really appreciated. Pharmacist-wise, I've only really interacted with Aman, but he is kind, patient, a great communicator, and has what my mom would call the E-gene (empathy). They always seem to be a bit busy, but he never makes you feel like he doesn't have time to answer questions, and has gone out of his way to make me feel as comfortable as possible with both the medications themselves, and the prices I'd be paying for them - always checking in to let me know if they'd be fairly expensive, as I don't have pet insurance and pay out of pocket. This has been a really difficult time, and the pharmacy was not a place I expected to find this level of kindness. I am just really appreciative of the patience and effort shown, and feel like my dog has been treated with the same sense of urgency and care a human would receive. I know my vet already recommends everyone here, but if you're a pet owner, definitely keep this place in mind next time you need medication.

I had a great first experience with Longevity Compounding Pharmacy, the pharmacist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how they compound the medication I was prescribed. It was customer service at its best!
