Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. I helped my mom get a travel trailer insured from out of province and these people helped me register and insure it no problem & hassle free. A smaller office but not as busy as alot of other places. Quick & convenient.

Would not insure my car due to a lack of staff, despite having an empty office on a rainy weekday afternoon. Claimed he had transactions to do, claiming that my paperwork would be to time consuming. Told me to come back next week when they have more staff..

Previously received good service, but had to edit this review down to 2 stars. The rep I dealt with today was not at all knowledgeable and gave the impression he didn't want to help me. I requested a call back from the manager and didn't receive a response.
