They have a problem with staring at people. They assume everyone is shoplifting, At A Vegetable store. Losts of time, I felt they were following me around the store. It's not my favorite store

It's better associate with current map layout and direction icon while marching in the same direction.Especilly while driving with Google Mapnavigation, the map stayed still and caused the confusion. If the map moved with the moving direction, that would be much easier to understand the location, the turn and direction in the first sight.

I was looking for some colorful powder for Diwali that my friend asked me to buy. Unfortunately, this store did not carry it, but the lady clerk gave me the location of another Indian supermarket and called them to make sure they had it in stock! Very kind clerk helped me out. Thank you so much!!:)

Fruiticana is my go-to place for produce shopping in this area. They offer a wide range of products from different cuisines and cultures, and everything is fresh and delicious. The prices are unbeatable, and the service is not bad either. I always seem to find something new to try at Fruiticana at great prices.

The cashier girl is always rude. No hi no hello to me anyhow I smiled and said hi but got no response. The first line she said ‘The bag is _ cents’. How rude! I didn’t even needed one. Then there was one white guy next to me. She greeted him very well with smile and asking how he was doing. Like girlllll i was not gonna eat you and greeting well is your job. Too BAD!!

Produce prices are excellent. However, shelf items are somewhat over priced. Stick to the produce...great deals.

Horrible customer service…… I visit this store almost everyday for my grocery but yesterday I faced humiliation by a staff member Navdeep I got my stuff and forgot the bag on onion to pickup from out side the store because the cash counter was super busy and only one employee was there at the store…. And she forgot to give my receipt next day today I went there to pick up that bag of onion they were rude and said u r lying …… I faced so much humiliation cashier Navdeep was giving tough looks as if I looking for free service and denied !!!!!!! But luckily I paid by card so have the transaction recorded and the time told them to check their camera and here we goooo they could find that I did not picked that bag…. And after waiting and humiliation of 45 minutes from the staff finally got my stuff ……. Not recommended I wish I can give 0star…….never visiting again to this place.

Bought a expired bread, when I went to return it. Store said, I must have bought it from somewhere else. No refund and no apology. Staff is not trained or able to deal with these consumer issues. Owner didn't agree and said the same thing. Never going back and recommend to check expiry before your purchase as you will not be getting any refund. I will not recommend this store.

Fruiticana has 22 stores within B.C. and Alberta. They strive to offer quality fruits and veggies at low prices as well as spices, snacks, pulses, juices and more from around the world; especially India. I once stopped to do a bit of shopping at a Fruiticana store in Surrey. This one in New Westminster opened up sometime in 2021 so it's relatively new. It's much closer for me so I was really happy to discover this place. I only dropped by this store to get some grapes as I'd seen them on sale in their flyer, but I browsed through the store while I was there and they've got an excellent selection of spices, legumes, teas and just about any ingredient a person might need for Indian cuisine. Service: GoodParking: Paid parking on the street, free parking on some of the side streets.Location: 331 6th St., New Westminster
