need more staff. Maria was not very welcoming. and continued to take calls on the phone instead of focusing on customer service. This location continues to be our least favorite for good service.

I had a very satisfactory experience and great service in the New Westminster Station Freedom store. In addition to going very patiently over the available options and promotions on the initial purchase, Ikenna helped me set-up emails on my new cellphone after Shaw technical support failed me. This is something the Freedom staff are not required to do. I would not hesitate to return in the future if I require any other purchase.

Great staff there. Just went through some renovations and has just reopened. Was fun to get to know them, and they were really helpful. Glad this location is still there as well. Right on New Westminster sky train station.

LYING for extra profit.I bought a new phone plan on Black Friday, they advised me to buy some accessories like a charger, protection, case, cable, etc. I said I didn't want to buy them because I already had them at home. Then, they told me if I didn't buy anything there would be a 45$ activation fee next month for me, if I buy their accessories they will wipe out the 45$ activation fee. I said ok I will buy those accessories, and this month (the month after) I still got charged 45$ for activation. I came back to the store to ask and they said they never had a wiping activation offer, which meant the previous girl was lying to charge me an extra 150$ for useless accessories. Bad Customer Service.

I don't know why they close their doors during their business hours. The customer service is terrible and they didn't want to provide SIM card till I pay for it, although they are supposed to give it for free.It's terrible.

The staff is very friendly and cooperative, an employee helped me a lot to guide me to do my paperwork when I arrived, excellent service.
