Very bad service, even if you pay a fortune for an expedited delivery, they simply "LIE" and say we couldn't find you, and guess what I was at home. You are so lazy to contact repcipient to ask buzzer code to get into the building. And without any confirmation you don't attempt to deliver it again, you simply leave it in an authorized pickup location. You are so frustrating as always I hate your company so much.

The service is good when picking up packages. I’ve never shipped anything from this location and can’t speak to that. They need to adjust their hours to be more accessible, many people can’t make it by the 5:30 PM closing time on weekdays.

This place was alright… don’t let google mislead you when it says: “Located in: Royal City Mail…” it looks like it says Royal City Mall. I made the mistake and was looking for it inside the mall.There hours aren’t terribly convenient as I finish work at 430pm and they’re only open til 530pm weekdays.Staff was friendly and found my package quickly.As many other reviewers have commented about FedEx, I was home the day they delivered, and never received any notifications. It was inconvenient for me to go pick it up.

Apparently, FedEx has been to my building 3 times and my package hasn’t been deliverable. I live in a security building and they’d have just needed to hand my package to reception. Also, they only alerted me the “third and last” time they tried to deliver. This package has a very expensive order in it, that I don’t want to get a refund for.I had this issue the last time I shopped online and the company used FedEx. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.

They shipped a package to my building and didn't leave any notice that it arrived. Our package was stolen that night from the building and we had know clue that it had even arrived. Other times they have claimed to have tried to deliver a package and failed, but they never once tried to contact us through our buzzer, email or phone.

Excellent little shipping shop. Always get fast, polite service there.Update: they kept a parcel of mine for much longer than the 5 days stated, which I appreciated very much as I work nights and often don't have time to do anything during business hours. Thanks very much!

Coming into an empty store, a filipino lady was rude and dismissive when I tried to drop off a package. I was unable to drop my package the first time. After instructions I came back and she was on her phone with her mask off. She told me the same fruitless instructions. I was unable to get anything shipped with two trips to the office...

Never trying to deliver but put a note in the door, which we should drive to pick it up at the office. Wow, how much is it for the difference between FedEx and Amazon? FedEx can't beat Amazon for the delivery service forever.

Horrible service. I said up front I want FedEx ground shipping, the lady didn’t say anything just ask me to fill out the way bill, n wait for another round then she said ground shipping is not available with this way bill. Gosh what an horrible service. May you business goes down fast!
