Mechanics you can trust.
That's really the bottom line with Dawson Service. Between Will and Justin, Rob and Ryan and all the other people there they're all such solid people. Their work is always of a very high standard and they frequently offer me options for repairs that better suit my occasionally limited budget. There's never any mysterious charges on the invoice hidden behind opaque abbreviations, no exorbitant shop supply charges, no repairs that weren't agreed to. I've been bringing cars to them for over twenty years now and I've always been very happy.
They've just always been very fair and they're always an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough. Your car is in great hands when you leave it with Dawson.

Being from out of town with total break failure can be a little stressful. Called the boys at Dawson and despite being a very busy shop they said bring it down and we have a look. They kept me informed as the job progressed and when i pulled out of there my confidence in my brakes and an honest repair shop restored. Thanks guys!

A friend of a friend recommended Dawson Service Ltd. to me over 12 years ago. I’ve been a customer ever since, and I am with the same car. The owners and staff are super, and I trust them. They are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and the shop/office is tidy. They even vacuum my car. Thank you so much for taking care of my car. Their location is close to the 22nd Street New Westminster Skytrain Station, if you need to commute, while they are servicing your vehicle.

Dawson Service Ltd. has been fixing our cars since 2009, and they're really great. They're honest and always tell us exactly what's wrong without trying to sell us things we don't need. Whenever they fix something, it stays fixed – we never have to go back for the same problem. Plus, the people there are super nice and friendly. We always recommend them to our friends and family because they're trustworthy and do a great job every time.

Justin, Will & Rob are great to work with! Had some front end work done on a truck at Canadian Tire, after the repair it was all over the road, then was told it needed even more parts to fix. Went to Dawson's & they found it needed a complete alignment as all the previous work was loose and sloppy. Other shop quoted over $600.00 but Dawson's was only $250.Services: Steering & suspension repair
