Nobody working the window, waited and came back and still had nobody working. No one to pick up the phone, however once they did pick it up they were extremely rude and refused to answer if anybody was in the store or not.

LOVE this place.
There's a reason why they have window service from 10pm to 5:30am.
This is to keep the homeless, drug addicts, and all the other unnecessary riff-raff out of the store. This method will keep customers safe.
All everyone has to do, is to be patient, like I did.
I have been going to this location all my life.
The staff and service are wonderful.
Very prompted, and dedicated employees.

They are NOT 24 hours. They have a sign after 10pm that says service window only 10pm-5:30am and then no one is in there to help you. Just say you aren’t open so we don’t come.

Don’t know why but the amounts are almost 2X the usual price. Plus the cashier was rude enough to not give any explanation.

They want us to respect the store employees by stating we don't tolerate abuse but they will stand there speaking there own language in a Candian store. Then he shouted something outrageous to me in hindu, never will be coming back again

Whatever you do do not try to order snacks from them, they will completely ignore your order request until the delivery app closes the store for delivery. If you're looking for a quick evening snack this is not the place to get it from, no matter what deal the delivery app promises.

December 27th around 4am. I went up to the door and waved at the employee who was just walking around and talking on the phone. He made a gesture that it's closed even though it is 24/7. Considering how I look, it wasn't for the safety reason, he just did not wanna get bothered because he was busy talking on the phone.
