Went at 10 and it said closed for 15 min, yet there is a sign that says 24/7, smells like pee, and there was a homeless guy inside trying to walk into a wall

The employees close up shop whenever they want. It's not 24/7.

Nobody working the window, waited and came back and still had nobody working. No one to pick up the phone, however once they did pick it up they were extremely rude and refused to answer if anybody was in the store or not.
