Their public washrooms never seem to be fixed and always broken. Kinda defeats the purpose of having them if you can’t fix them when they go out of order. Theres two washrooms, and they’re either both not working, or one isn’t working and they won’t let you access the second. Might wanna be proactive and get them fixed

I would really like to commend this location for being very supportive to customers at absolutely all hours of the day.
I once needed help while on my bicycle, I didn't have a tool w me for my handlebars and was scared to ride my bike due to this as they had knocked loose on a leisurely ride I went in early in the day.
The clerk at the time working (her name escapes me) she was so supportive she helped me get my handlebars on and safely rode all the way home because of her assistance.
I am a local and have always come to this Chevron and left smiling, truly the staff have always been kind and lovely to me and the people I care about. I highly recommend this location!

I went with a friend to cash out two lottery tickets. The woman serving the counter was very pleasing and tried to upsell me. As I only won $2.00 there's not much to upsell to! She told my friend about buying a large bottle of ginger ale to get a better deal. We were delighted by her kind suggestion. We recommend this has station shop.

Everything else is good but staff is very rude, and bunch of liars. I have checking this location every two weeks from last 4 months. Staff have been denying me access to washroom, they always say it’s out of order. I don’t know what is the reason behind it for them to lie about it. I’m contacting NewWest police to see where to complain regarding this issue !

Cashier swore at me because I questioned if the correct amount of change was given. Likely the most bizarre incident I have ever had with someone in customer service. Take note Chevron Corporate, I will not be shopping at any of your locations ever again after my experience at this gas station .

Extremely rude, unprofessional staff!!! Refused to honour posted prices stating they take effect ”tomorrow”. I will never return here and will tell everyone about my horrible experience. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!
