The customer service in the store is absolutely amazing and friendly! They also have a lot of cute dresses for a pretty reasonable price.

I was pleasantly surprised with the store but more importantly the customer service Jane provided. Jane is so caring and truly tries her best to accommodate and support the process as much as she can. The store has an amazing variety of bridal dresses, grad dresses, bridesmaids dresses, ball gowns, etc. If you take your time, you can find some great deals. I would recommend visiting!

Thanks Jean for your endless help from start to finish. I found my dress 1 year prior to my wedding. Lots of options however this one spoke to me. The dress was beautiful as is but the final alterations to add buttons etc made my dress perfect! I would recommend to come here as the team is very helpful and get the job done. I’ll be going back to get my dress dry cleaned as well as my partners suit.
There are other nice formal dresses there if you aren’t just looking for a wedding dress.

I came here to shop for an engagement party dress and was helped by a seriously wonderful bridal expert, Jane! She helped me find the perfect dress and handled my alterations. She really knew what she was doing and the dress turned out perfect! I was also able to try on a few of the gorgeous bridal gowns both from new stock and consignment and the prices are fabulous for the high quality gowns they carry. Jane again was super pleasant and helpful and really paid kind attention to me. I would recommend this lovely little bridal shop to anyone who is looking for a quiet and caring experience. Thank you Bliss Bridal and Jane for finding me the perfect engagement dress and for adding to the memorable moments in this chapter of my life!

I got my DREAM wedding dress from here! Jane was SO helpful and sweet. We got my dress at a super reasonable price as well, I highly recommend getting your wedding dress/ prom dress here! Checked out this store three times within the last few weeks and had an amazing experience every time! Tatiana and Jane are both very nice, caring, professional and they try their best to help the customers find their dream dress. This store has a good variety or bridal gowns and very reasonable prices!

These guys run a shady business. They tell you alternations are included or paid for but then when you pick up your they are not done. They will play cute and play it off like no big deal and suggest you return later to have them completed. Then, you take them up on that promise and suddenly it's not included in the previous price you paid. Scammers. Look elsewhere, these ladies know how to take you for your money.

Three days before my wedding, I decided to try on my dress, which I had bought and altered from a different shop. Unfortunately, it was loose, and I had also lost weight after getting sick two weeks before my big day. I panicked and called Bliss Bridal to see if they could help me. Without hesitation, Jane assured me that they could fix my dress. Tatiana was also very accommodating and reassuring, promising that my dress would be ready in time for my wedding day. I am so grateful to Tatiana for fixing my dress; she was like my fairy godmother.

I had the best time at Bliss Bridal! They have a lovely store and are extremely efficient. I had my dress picked and ordered in an hour and a half even though I had no idea what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
