“I cannot speak more highly of the staff at this CIBC branch. I had been experiencing an issue with my credit card which required a lot of back and forth between the branch and CIBC's central credit department. Elnaz went above and beyond in taking on my case and advocating for me to get an ideal resolution. Unfortunately the credit department is a lot more difficult to deal with than the branch (truly, the credit department is terrible), but again, I have nothing but positive things to say about this branch and the staff who work here.”
