“I called about a washer/dryer unit and spoke with Siti Delai who helped me find exactly what I needed. He sent me photos of the unit so I could look at it before buying, clearly pointed out the minor blemishes, and was able to arrange everything very efficiently. He was straightforward, didn't try to sell me anything more than I wanted, and maintained excellent communication to ensure the purchase and delivery went smoothly. Shout-out to the delivery guys too, they were very professional and did an excellent job of getting a 150kg unit into my basement without any damage. Without hesitation, I would very strongly recommend Trail, Siti and the Annacis Island Outlet Center staff to anyone looking for a large appliance. Thanks!”

“A little bit of background: We have gone through four espresso machines in the last six years in our barbershop. The espresso market has gone berserk with hundreds of makes and models, fragile electronic components requiring frequent servicing and replacement, most with a LIMITED one-year warranty...etc. In a hot market like this, so many unscrupulous vendors try to ride the gravy train.Our last purchase at Dolce Espresso somehow restored our faith. YES, there are decent vendors in this overhyped market. Amin and Harry listened to our needs, constraints, budget, and so on. They weren’t looking at us through the lens of profit margins but rather addressing our needs. After six years and four bad experiences, we may have found our go-to supplier”

“London Drugs in Burnaby's Lougheed mall has been a delightful shopping store and pharmacy in the area for decades. Friendly staff and great place to find seasonal and weekly specials. Convenient free parking with handicap parking spaces and easily accessible entrance through the mall.”
“I went to the pharmacy to get a prescription and they were very helpful and gave a lot of information.
I will say though be careful of thieves. I got a prescription and when I later opened it, there was nothing (just the instructions which made me think something was inside). I had to go back. Thankfully the employee working the self check out recognized me and helped me out. Next time I’ll be sure to save the receipt and open the box right after paying to check. Hopefully they set up more safety measures for the medication on the shelves.”

“The pharmacy experience really depends on who you get. Most everyone is so kind, and goes out of their way to help. When I booked a covid shot here and they didn’t have the supply, they called me to let me know days before my appointment, and told me what day they expected more stock to come in. When I had an issue where my health insurance wasn’t working with their system, and no one on either end could figure it out, they spoke directly to my insurance company and figured out the error. They easily spent an hour helping me with that.The only criticism I have is that once I went to pick up meds and the pharmacy tech picked his nose absent-mindedly and then ate it. Disgusting… another time a different tech was rude and unhelpful when I had a question about my allergies and a new medication.Those two incidents are the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars. Every other interaction has been above and beyond.”
