The sales clerk is very knowledgable re herbs. I got all that I needed.There's Kins,Purdy Chocolates,Walmart, Northern reflections nice food court.

If I could give zero stars that would've been a more appropriate review. The woman who answered the phone already sounded as though she was not interested in helping whatsoever. However, having purchased it here before, I asked about the supplement anyway and her response was '...mmm I don't know it, so I doubt it'... well, how about humour me and go have a look lazy A$$ and how hard is it to look at your stock on the computer at least?! I'm really hoping this is a worker they can do something about and not the franchise owner:(If she's just having a bad morning, still unacceptable to treat customers this way. Anyway, I'll no longer be dealing with them period.

The woman that works there was quite condescending and unfriendly - and minimally helpful. Despite my sympathy for unhappy people, I feel this is completely unacceptable and unjustifiable when dealing with customers in a retail environment. Make your purchases at a place where you are appreciated (or, at the very least, well treated).

The sales associate running the store was not monitoring or honoring the capacity regulations, and for a tiny store, it was quite full... She also was only wearing a face shield, only when a customer mentioned to her that she would feel more comfortable if she was wearing an actual mask, did she then put a proper mask on. I was refused the use of my pre-paid mastercard gift card due to claims that they had issues retrieving the funds from said company.... I've worked in retail for about 13 years, so I can say without a doubt that this is complete negligence on all aspects. Overall, this location has proven to be unprofessional and I will not be going back there.

I went on customer appreciation day! Last Thursday of the month. It says 20% off on a big sighn at the front of the door. Its a lie! Its only 5% off the sticker price. Then I asked why its not buy one get one half off anymore and she preteded like she had no idea what I was talking about. Then I heard her admit that she lied to me after I left! Haha! Unbelievable! Dishonest and disorganized from what I could see. Burquitlam plaza is the best vitamin store I've been to but unfortunately I don't live up there anymore! I don't feel appreciated! Lol.

I came in approx 1 month ago looking for relief from manopause symptoms. The ladies gave me great suggestions and educated me on what may actually help. Md wanted to give me anti-depressants. I returned today to let them know how wonderful I felt and to tell them that their advise has completely alleviated my hot flashes and other symptoms. The staff here are knowledgeable and super friendly. They care and if you are willing to do a little work and give the supplements time to work... You will be a happier and healthier person. For the record I have been taking Harmony Menopause along with Magnesium and Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil. Maggie is awesome BTW. Do yourself a huge favour and go and talk to them...

I'm done going to this place. Very rude disrespectful old hag liberal feminist working the cash register. Every time i go here and i try to buy what i need she immediately starts to take me for a joke and acts sarcastic and throws off the most insulting jokes at me i have ever heard. AVOID THIS PERSON AT ALL TIMES - she is a Canadian Liberal Feminist, in her 50s, red haired and with the WORST attitude ever.

Unbelievable! I really thought i was going to find the product i needed but instead i find my self getting insulted by an elderly Caucasian woman. She treated me like i was a dog and speaked to me in a very rude tone.
