Went in for an ICBC claim for collision on my front bumper and they were able to take me in very quickly and provided a courtesy car for when my car was in the shop. When I went in for an estimate, Colleen was very helpful and explained the process clearly, and the team did a wonderful job on the repair. The entire process was made smoothly and painless by a very professional and attentive team. Highly recommend!

Had my bumper repaired here under an ICBC claim and this is what the results were. Went back to discuss with them and was told "I'm proud of my work". Brought up issues of chips and scrapes being painted over and was told it wasn't part of the damage so it wasn't covered, even though they repaired an unrelated scrape on the opposite side of the bumper. Offered to repaint it if I paid another $450 out of pocket. Would not recommend, even to paint hot wheels.

I recently was involved in hit-and-run cases. ABC autobody was very helpful in guiding me and following up with ICBC. Their mechanics did a fantastic job repairing for my vehicle. Highly recommend !!

For over 18 months I looked for someone to take on a "highly technical" suspension-related piece of body work on a 30 year old Mazda. (Cracked rear strut cap replacement) Shop after shop declined the work, as it appears to fall into the grey area between mechanical-suspension work, and body work proper. Body shops said take it to a suspension shop, the suspension shops said find an autobody shop.Cranston and crew took the job on, based on photos I supplied them of the existing cracked cap, and the new part I had ready to be installed. We then discussed the job over the phone, and he provided an estimate. I dropped the car off, and they completed the job on time and on budget. The finish of the job is great, the welding is excellent, and it is just a great job overall.What I can say is, if you have a vintage car, or technical issue like I did, call the team at ABC first, you might just save yourself a whole lot of time and running around. Great customer service and a job well done!

Don't come here. it was a waste of my time and money. Gave my car in a week ago and when it came back nothing changed. They agreed to paint the whole body yet they left random chips out, painted over dents, chips and completely disregarded the front grill. They did a pathetic job and it clearly isn't worth it.

I've been here a few times after a friend recommended this place to me. It isn't the prettiest body shop but their warm and friendly service will win you over. They give fair prices, they're quick and efficient, fast at responding, and just an overall very friendly environment to be at. I had to find a body shop to repair my BMW, I had tried a couple of the larger named chain shops previously and was not happy, not sure if it was just because of those particular locations, but not happy.BMW recommended a place that had a minimum 3 week wait so I started reading the reviews of some of our local shops. I saw this place had a lot of reviews so I thought I'd check it out. I pulled out front, I took a peak inside the shop, it was very clean and they were currently doing work on an Audi.I walked inside the office and it looked nice and clean also and the young lady that helped me was very nice. I was very happy with the courtesy car and while working on my vehicle they noticed a small bit of damage on one of the doors unrelated to accident but close & since they were going to be painting that area asked me if I'd like to have it repaired, I was very happy with the amount they said they could fix it for so I moved forward. One of my head lamps was burned out and they asked if I'd like that repaired too, I was ecstatic they brought it up because I kept forgetting to get it taken care of so they had to replace that for me as well.Initially I had asked the young lady to try to find some side mirrors for me vehicle from an auto wrecker as I really wanted to get those fixed too, she located one for each side. I was thrilled with everything they did and would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone, not to mention, it is a family run business which I thought was great!Services: Painting

I brought my 15 year old Toyota Sienna minivan here for some deep dents and scratches on the rear panels from hitting a pillar. They fixed the car and that side looked new and fresh. I wish I the repairs would have been on the entire car because it would have looked brand new. Colleen turned the situation into a positive experience and she went over and about to drop off the car. We appreciate the excellent customer service and of course the top notch autobody work they did. I would recommend this place!!Services: Body & Trim

Excellent service from ABC autobody fixing my driver side hit and run damage. They clearly explained the process to me, got approval from ICBC, and fixed my Acura perfectly. They had my car for 4 business days and gave me a newer model courtesy car. Highly reccomended!Services: Body & Trim
