This 711 has been getting much better over the past couple years, the food is made fresh to order now and the staff are friendly, the quality of the food is getting better too, pleasantly surprised

Just ordered 10 buffalo wings and requested to drop fresh. Paid 10 bucks and waited more than 5 minutes but didn’t get the fresh wings at all. I think they are hiding the unfresh products at the back and mix those with 1 or 2 fresh products. It was too old. I wouldn’t have ordered it if they said they can’t drop fresh at the first place. Also few days ago a guy kept rejecting to drop fresh saying the cooked ones are only 2 hours old. When I said so you don’t drop fresh if a customer wants? Then the guy dropped it.

I have to report that just bought a mocha ☕️ coffee and a hot chocolate (actually cold), both tasteless… inadmissible, a bunch of different types os coffee and pure taste of water.Disappointed..☹️

I have never been refused use of the microwave with non-purchased food. As a local truck driver I do not have access to a microwave, and I rely solely on 7/11's. I keep them clean and always make purchases while I wait. I was hoping my behavior would prevent this situation.
Even if this was a corporate policy, no other location employee has made a comment yet, and most are even helpful. 😕

This is the nastiest dirtiest 711 in bc maybe even Canada while pumping gas noticed 15 jumbo sized rats crawling everywhere my wife and kids where terrified to get out of the car last word ghetto

Monday afternoon in October The girl behind the cash register is very rude and not at all friendly, if she wants to have a job like this where treating people is important she should change her attitude. There are many times in which she has responded to me and colleagues in the area in a rude manner and with angry gestures. They should do something about it.

I was made a fool here. First off, it’s a dirty 7 eleven. Floors are sticky in drinks side. Today was 60 cents for a large slurpy. We didn’t know about it and my little daughters ran and picked up medium slurpies and the cashier paid no heed to even inform us that there was no discount on the medium size slurpy. We ended up paying 4 times higher money for a smaller size. That ignorant lady cashier didn’t even cancel the transaction so she could charge us for a discounted price. Really idiotic and upsetting. How will this 7 eleven win customer loyalty?? So disappointing!
