Worst experience ever. Asked for some hot food on Sunday morning the philipino lady just refused to server more over I asked can I take condiments as it was all empty she said you are not customer even though I bought stuff right in front of her. They way she disrespected me in front of everyone, I felt so ashamed, and she had no sense to talk to customer. Never coming in this store.

They had a BOGO chocolates for Nestle 100-120g and at the till, the sale didn't work. So the cashier tried to manually add it into the system. She clicked a bunch of buttons and said okay go ahead and pay. The screen didn’t show that she took the second chocolate bar outta the purchase. So I asked for receipt to make sure and it said the second bar I got charged .10 . She said uhh yea this is how you do it.. I know it’s a small amount but she didn’t honor the BOGO. Either have proper signage so customers don’t get confused or have the cashiers trained so they know how to properly solve the error in the system.

I usually go here before work and the service is really good… however today I went in to get my chicken strips and wedges and they gave me wings. No big deal. I call and try and explain what happened and the only thing the guy on the phone can say was oops must have been a misunderstanding. Did not do anything else. Did not say oh I’m sorry please come back another day and we will make this right. Just nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service and horrible experience

When I've gone the staff have been very pleasant. The inside there is a cafe-lite seating area. Very ' ' ' 'neighbourhood ' feel.

The bathroom is abosuletly disgusting. Has been for years. Its been a while since ive been to this location and I couldn't believe my eyes tonight. Gross.

I'd give a 0 star. The tall night time staff was abysmal. He was constantly fooling around at work and sold me the wrong thing. The quality of service is really bad.

Staff rarely waits for rewards points, always rushing you through the checkout, IF they even bother to notice you at all without you having to go find them.

Clean store. Welll stocked. Something for everyone. They have a delicious chicken strip and chicken sandwiches here. They had some delicious wedges. All the food was hot and fresh at 2 pm in the afternoon. Nothing looked stale. Had the French vanilla latte with it and yum. Deal currently is $13 for 8 chicken straps and 10 wedges. You have to pay extra for dips. But three for a dollar was reasonable if you have to pay for them I guess. Personally think they should offer at least one free when it's chicken strips. We will be back.

7-eleven overflowing garbage at the backlane. They don't care as it's in the back alley even if city hall calls them. Would I buy from this store?
