I bought some boots that were on sale and totally forgot about the no returns policy for sale items, and they didn’t end up fitting but they still offered to return them anyway! I ended up giving them to a family member, but this just shows how lovely their customer service is! I will hopefully be buying from them again... read full comment

Best shoe store in Nelson. Great selection of men’s and women’s shoes. Staff is more knowledgeable about shoes than the owner of Perish shoe company.

Great customer service from a polite staff. I was greeted with a smile, and they reserved a boot I wanted with no issues. It's a small store but with excellent selections and even better prices.
