“Great place to stay for a ski trip. Ben and the staff were so helpful and offered lots of local tips, especially for skiing.Made the most out of the roof top hot tub (even in -25c) and sauna. Great location, short walk to the best restaurants and bars.Tried to re-book for our return leg of the trip but they are oversubscribed and I’m hardly surprised.”

“Great experience and beautiful old hotel.Location can't be beat near the center of downtown, within walking distance of damn near everything.Room was spotless and well-appointed. Bathroom shower featured traditional head as well as waterfall-style overhead. Bathtub big enough for a gone-to-seed male shaved gorilla and his small and obliging human female counter-part. Cheap toilet paper tho. Boo.Breakfast was a full service pick from a small list affair. Food was great. Portions modest. Wonderful vibe and excellent service.Parking is in a ramp next to the hotel.Hotel is old and the sound carries. We were above the bar and it got pretty crazy a few times. There's a nightclub in the basement and that could be a factor too for some of the rooms. They'll give you a little disclaimer about the noise when you check in, and earplugs to boot. Wouldn't recommend to folks who absolutely need a sleep environment with minimal sound intrusion.”
