First off if you are looking for customer care, stay away from here.
They will offer you anything to close the deal and get the contract signed, but cannot follow up to let you know after a month that your case has finally come in. (thats the manager btw)You paid these commission sales people so i mean what do they you after all right?
Oh what's that you have a problem you say you would like to resolve, well they will absolutely invite you in, only to turn around and act completely oblivious and gas light you into thinking you don't understand what your being charged while they do grade school math on a calculator pointing at numbers with no explanation asking you "see?"
Would you like help understanding you billing by someone at this booth? Because again what I have seen when I went in to ask questions he just printed my bill that I have access to on my own without going out of my way... or taking time away from work, broke out a calculator and started doing grade school math with no explanation ( very frustrating boys), and basically told me to screw off nicely (starting to see a theme in the comments) by An older bald gentleman.

These guys will sell you a lifetime of free screen protector replacements and then not stock them. They'll give you a $300 digital mastercard with no expiry date, and it will be expired when you try to claim it. They'll respond to your review with an email address saying they want to address your concerns, but it's just for show - they'll never respond. If you persist, a manager will try to pacify and appease you, but will take no responsibility for any of it. An extremely disappointing (and fraudulent) experience that could so easily have been fixed.

Was told i would be helped with my warranty by someone at this booth. And when i went in to ask questions he just gave me a pamphlet and basically told me to screw off by An older bald gentleman. Second time i talked with them on the phone with them saying yea come on in we can help and answer questions only for me to get there and have them basically auction off the work to someone else online. So yea ive gotten pretty unlucky here with very unhelpful people. Mind you there was a couple super helpfull gems here
