Misha was incredibly helpful, he answered all my questions, thoroughly addressed my concerns and helped me navigate things I didn't even know I should consider (I'm not techy but he sure is!). Misha was awesome. We received excellent service. Not only was he very helpful, but he was very patient about recovering all the information. Also, considering I am not techy at all, Misha was very patient and understanding.
He also took the time to explain everything to my daughter, who is helping my son to manage account.
