Nanaimo Chrysler sold us a car that within 30 minutes of our drive back down the Island the check engine came on. The car was riddled with hidden problems not on their inspection. Our local mechanic found multiple issues immediately when it was put on a hoist. Paying customers are definitely not appreciated as we were very pressured to finance countless times. Very disappointed and regret thoroughly.

Highly recommend this business, I went in to buy a vehicle last month, and Jeff showed me a quality vehicle within my budget. They fixed everything in need of repair and their service is quick! They made the whole process easy and everyone is friendly.

The salesmen Sold me a preowned VW 2021 claiming it has no issues. I've been back to the dealership a total of 5 or 6 times in the 4 months I've owned it for issues and am already looking at having to use my warranty. This has been a horrible experience.

my husband and I had our vehicle towed to the dealership as wouldn't start. Wasn't sure why but the service dept. went out of their way to find out the problem and get it fixed. The staff were very friendly and just want to thank you for helping us, very much appreciated. Keep up the good work!
