Terrible customer service, Go To Wellington!
So today I waited in line and approached an empty till with two employees. I set down a bottle of wine, two 6 packs and a 4 pack of beer. I waited.... nothing. So I said "Hi how are you today" with a big smile. No one looked up, just a monotone robotic "we are in the middle of something we will be with you in a moment". No joke it felt like a dog barking at me not a human in a customer service role. Worst part, the name tag said manager on duty. If that's how the manager greets customers, they are in trouble! I went to wellington and was greeted with a warm smile and a nice conversation. Never going back to this place, recommend Wellington just down the street.

Best liquor store in Nanaimo. Not only doing they host the most amazing events by their event coordinator Louise Osmond but they have a great selection of everything. Great gluten free beers, amazing ciders and delicious wines.

Very nice liquor store great selection of local products they also have a tasting lounge upstairs from there store area that is used for private events ?
