I always feel like I am a burden with how the techs react to me. Understanding it’s a hard job as I have been in that field. It’s no reason not to be friendly and assure your feeling valued as a customer.

Was told about 40 mins for my prescription.Came back an hour later to find out that my order wasn't even in the system yet; it hadn't even been STARTED.the person ahead of me had to wait for 10 minutes because their prescription had been misplaced.
