It's a decent liquor store with a fairly good selection of wines, although their bourbon/ whiskey section is a bit underwhelming.

Worst experience i ever had at a liquor store, the staff is so rude and have zero customer skills, me and my friend walked in but my friend was not having ID on him went home and came back with id and i presented id of my friend and mine to the person and he again refused that your friend also needs to come again with you only showing ID is not enough, at the same time a lady entered and made a purchase and was not asked for any kind of ID. I dont understand what kind of poor management of rule is this or is just a racist behaviour.

Only place that seems to stock my wife’s beer in bottles. Clean friendly place. Prices are pretty much the same as everyone else. But they had what we needed so we went there.

This has been one of my go to liquor stores since it opened up years ago. They have a great selection, and always have stock, plus the people working are always smiling and friendly. Will definitely continue shopping at this liquor store for years to come, cheers ?

I usually do not write reviews but I simply must write this one and tell everyone just how good the service is at this Nanaimo branch. I called and I spoke with Marilyn and I requested a delivery for a birthday basket and she assisted me with picking out 4 good wines from several regions and I picked out snacks and munchies to go with the wine! she even sent some chocolates! She gave Fabulous customer service and provided beautiful presentation. It was delivered on time and packed well. Thank you Greenrock and TY to Marilyn for going above and beyond !! - Laura S

When I shopping today (Jan. 22, 2023) with my 13 year old daughter, I was asked to provide ID for her by the person at the check out. When I did not have ID for her I was refused service and not allowed to purchase any products (for myself). I have never experienced such treatment at any liquor retailer while shopping with my children. I guess I will now take my business to a more welcoming establishment.
