I still can't believe what I was charged for a simple clear phone case and screen protector. 72 DOLLARS. My daughter's phone case had broken and we stopped by here. These kinds of phone cases are usually about 10 dollars maximum, and screen protectors 20 dollars max. The employee made a big deal of spraying the phone to clean it and placing the screen protector, something I could have done myself. I guess it's on me for not asking how much things were at each step of the process, but I couldn't fathom that a business within the mall would scam like this. When asked to pay 72 I was shocked, but paid so as not to cause a scene. For the case, screen protector and service this should have been 40 MAX. I can't believe the mall would tolerate such shady business practices. I expect a justification of these prices--though I don't believe any justification exists--or I'll take it up with Woodgrove management.

These people installed a cracked replacement screen for one they told me was not working. When I pointed this out to them 5 minutes after my purchase they refused to refund my money or to install with a new uncracked screen.
After loudly complaining to the mall management and visa they reluctantly agreed to refund my payment. Whew!
Walked down the hall to Mobile Klinik who told me that nothing was wrong with my original screen, and restarted the phone free of charge. Now that is what service should be all about.

Super nice there. They did a screen protector for my husband it had a small hair under it and they re did it to make sure it was perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service. Highly recommend

I spoke to an employee at this shop named "Mo" told him about my phone "samsung s20 fe" the screen was not working at all. I have been here before and always satisfied with the service. Both of the employees are very friendly and professional. They were able to fix the problem replace the screen within 30 mins. I am so happy today and my phone is like brandnew with a screen protector and got a great charger. I will always come here for any needs and recommend everyone to come here. It's the best shop ever because I needed my phone fixed fast. I really appreciate it and thank you so much and it means a lot.
